Quality, price, service: They provide all 3
Our first 3 transcripts have turned out great. We got them much sooner than we expected. And the website should be a model for all of us - it is so easy to use. After I ordered the first 2 transcripts, I realized I could get Captions for the videos at the same time. So I did that for the third video. I got the transcript and the Closed Caption file just as quickly and they were also very accurate. I need the transcripts of our company founder for a book I am writing. I cannot even imagine how long it would take for me to transcribe the material. This is a fabulous service and I plan to order a lot more work from them.

Good job with large files
GoTranscript did a great job of transcribing three .mp4 files. They were able to decipher some areas of hard to understand voices as well as the technical terms used. Had a problem with the transmission of the original files to them (two were over 3 GB in size), but they were very cooperative in figuring out how to get the the files to them via an alternate method. My advice is to send them as small a file as you can (by degrading the video quality). The smaller files do not adversely affect the audio.

Fast!
Transcripts look good, and one of two was a rough recording with lots of echo. I was glad to pay a modest amount for a human to double check. Paid for 5 day turnaround but received first in a 1 day and second in 2. Fast! Made my life much easier.
