The staff of gotolatam are helpful and friendly. They assisted me to plan my trip and gave me helpful suggestions. I, my husband and my friend really enjoyed the trip in South America. The staff from Gotolatam sent us reminders daily which was so helpful!

We engaged Gotolatam to organise our tours to Iguazu Falls and Machu Picchu while cruising through South America. It requires meticulous planning to ensure we were able to hop on and hop off the cruise ship taking various planes to reach our destinations. Gotolatam worked that out flawlessly and even managed to add additional participants at the last minute while keeping to the same itinerary and hotels. Kudos to them especially Enzo who accommodated the cruise operator requests for documentations expeditiously.

We reached out to GoLatam based on TripAdvisor reviews and because we felt it would be hard to cobble together several different GateOne itineraries across 4 countries, 10 destinations and 5 weeks. We were very pleased with their responsiveness, the quality of the guides and tours, and hotels. While on the road they remained responsive and whenever anything came up they set it right quickly. This included problems beyond their control, like when United Airlines delivered us 32 hours late to our starting destination. I highly recommend.

We had engaged GOTOLATAM to plan our South America’s itinerary for 4 weeks. I would rate them 11/10 for their immerse knowledge of the Latin region, attention to detail and excellent customer service! We have worked with Joana and she was really approachable, professional and did her upmost to plan the best ever trip of our life! She was always contactable and prompt with her responses! The planning was swift and they were flexible to make bespoke changes to the travel plan. GOTOLATAM have fabulous representatives in other parts of the Latin region even though their stronghold is Peru. We visited Peru, Chile and etc and every part of the journey was just pitch perfect! All scheduled tours departed on time and attended by very solid and good English speaking tour guides! Their team work and collaboration were admirable! Enzo is also a key member of GOTOLATAM as he is our key contact during our travel in South America as he provides us daily update on next day’s activities, pickup time and etc. He is always looking out for us making sure that we enjoy the tour. Hotel accommodations were excellent! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend GOTOLATAM 110% and it is a legitimate and genuine tour agency!

Me and my family we're super happy during our time in Brazil, Peru, Bolovia and Colombia. Gotolatam provided excellent service, and 24 hour assistance especially when my mother experienced a medical emergency. Enzo and Ruben were always there to help and make sure that we still have a great time! Everything was taken cared of. All our tour guides, Bill, Ruben, Ezekiel and Alejandro were amazing! Our family are from Singapore and South America is very far from and unfamiliar to us, but visiting new seven wonder Machu Picchu is always one of our bucket lists. Luckily we found GOTOLATAM and Joana is very helpful and informative in helping us plan the whole trip in Peru. She patiently prepared 6 versions of a 11 day Peru trip plan which accommodated our family members’ different arrival and departure time and other special requests. When actually trip started Enzo and local partners in each destination executed the plan smoothly (except one small negligence that we should have been informed beforehand not upon arrival in Cusco that only cabin size luggages are allowed onto train to Machu Picchu ) Enzo also attended our last minute request to add more program actively and helped us arrange the return of lost wires sockets from Cusco to Lima etc which we are very grateful for ! In addition GOTOLATAM has arranged for us some good tour guides among whom we are most impressed by Henry from Cusco who accompanied us during Christmas holidays and he is very engaging with tourists like us!
