Excellent organization of the trip, everything worked smoothly. All the tours were punctual and the guides were great. The only not so good tour was the tour of Lima which was too short.

I booked a tour package through GoToLatam travel agency for my visit to Machu Picchu, Peru, Chile and Argentina including Patagonia area and I must say, this company is one of the best that I experienced. I decided this trip hastily and booked my ticket to Lima from Singapore, then I contacted GoToLatam and Paul from there arranged my detail itinerary very nicely within the date constraints I had. During the trip, the support group led by Afdel sent me daily messages about next day’s itinerary that was helpful. The package cost was reasonable considering the type of hotels provided and several private transfers. My total trip was a great experience mainly due to continuous support during the trip, excellent pickup and drop off staffs, excellent guides and reasonable cost. We are a family of five, and booked a 15 days journey including Peru and Amazonia. It was a wonderfull experience. Everything was well organised, and we had all the excursions in private wich improves the experience a lot. All the guides were very good, and the team was always there to support us in any doubt. Our oldest sun made 22 years old during this vacations, an they also helped us booking a nice restaurant and at the end of the meal, all the employes of the restaurant came to sing the birthday song to my sun, with a desert offered by the restaurant. It was really a great experience, everything was great, and made this vacation really nice and smooth. I trully recomend,GoLatam to everyone.

We were handheld all the way for our 25 days. Very professional and personalised also. Makes travelling in the countries where we dont speak Spanish or Portuguese seamless. Dayana is exceptional. A very helpful and responsible coordinator.

My partner and I had the best 45 days adventure. Our total experience was truly amazing. We both totally recommend GOTOLATAM... From start to finish, GOTOLATAM had organised everything. Even the smallest of details was not overlooked. They also kept us well informed each day. Nothing was to big or small for them to handle.

We booked the 21-day Brazil-Argentina-Peru package from GOTOLATAM, and I can confidently say it was worth every penny. This was easily one of the best tours I have taken (and I travel frequently). They’re very flexible and transparent. At the beginning, there were a few minor issues, but the team quickly resolved them. Gotolatam had recently structured and organized a very splendid tour for us to Peru Chile Argentina and Brazil for 21 days. Our first contact was with Afdel the tour designer, who painstakingly and tirelessly structured an itinerary much to our satisfaction and near to the tour date, Enzo and subsequently Dayana stepped in, to ensure the reception and airport and hotel transfers were executed without hitches and most importantly the conduct of the booked shared tours and private tours went on smoothly. As travelers we valued transparency accessibility and trustworthiness of tour operator. These qualities were assured and fulfilled by Gotolatam for our South America tour. Overall we like the contents of the itinerary with ample rest in between and flexibility of free and easy days. Our tour focused on Machu Picchu, Patagonia and Iguazu falls, these destinations were most memorable experiences for us. We will certainly recommend Gotolatam for South America tours.
