I bought Gosund bulbs. That was my first mistake. Turns out they need their own app so fine, downloaded that. I read the instructions and proceeded as instructed. NO MATTER WHAT I DID these bulbs would not connect. I put it away for a few months to let my frustration level drop. Eventually I decided today was the day (and it was withintheir M-F 9-5 available hours. I called and got a recording. Her, thanks. I Eventually made contact with someone via WhatsAp. No Matterhorn many TIMES I CONFIRMED the same things - they would not let certain things go. Eventually-using a weird AP set up mode and a Smart life Hotdpot? With my phone as the hotspot the lights got connected. Hallelujah. 3+ hours. Later, I get an insulting message about how I should have done it sooner and should have read the instructions!! Stay away from this company and their staff. Your life is much too short for that!

I bought 3. When they work, they’re great. The problem is they go offline often takes an hour to reconnect If you change your password you may as well throw them away. I’ve reset router several times. Reset plugs. Tried every method of pair. Deleted my account and made another. Also deleted plugs and reinstalled. I wasted my money.

Noch nicht einmal der Leiferumfang ist nicht richtig angegeben. Im Shop sind 2 Kameras beschrieben, es wird aber nur eine geliefert. Eine Nachlieferung oder Rücksendeschein gibt es auch nicht! Kaufen würde ich hier nie wieder. Bei einem Problem gibt es keine Hilfe. Bei Action gibt es eine bessere Kamera sogar günstiger! Sicherheitsrelevant: Die Kameras können nur WLAN Passwörter die max. 20 Zeichen haben! Lächerlich!

App incompatible with iPhone SE 2020 apparently due to small screen size - can't sign up!

I purchased a toaster from Gosund and it functioned properly for about a month when one of the levers that you push the bread down with became difficult to depress. I contacted Gosund and they said it was under warranty and they would get back to me as to weather they would replace or refund my money. Several weeks went by with no response so I repeated this process several more times with no results. Contacted them today and they said they would refund my money but wanted me to send them a video of the toaster. When I explained to them that the problem would not show up in a video they insisted on the video. I have purchased many items from this company with no problems but have purchased my lasy Gosund product

Their products do work well, but half of my order never arrived and they don't seem to care. Customer service told me "it's in transit" after it had been sitting for a month in TX (I'm in CO). When I replied back asking for a refund or for my order to be reshipped, three separate times... I never got a response. Their customer service line just puts you on hold until transferring you to a I placed this order in November, it's now the end of January. I'm filing a chargeback.

Products are cheap but not good quality and would glitch after some time
