Ordered a set of products and some arrived. Some have not..after a month sent a support request ...no response. Shame as products good.

Avoid - they took £60 out of my account for a purchase - still 1.5 months on and it’s awaiting shipment ffs .. seriously ???

Terrible company! Ordered products n Oct 29th - never arrived. Ordered again on Nov 23rd, never arrived. Now they're saying items are out of stock. BUYER BEWARE! Customer service make promises that they break.

Avoid like the plague, so unreliable

I purchased a few items from this shop on 24.09.2023 Till today 27.11.2023 one item never came. I did not get the item nor the refund.Worst customer support ever.If you want to return some items,(like in my case, some items were far away from what they advertised on the website) good luck with that,if you are lucky they will give you one address and one name where you can send the item and after that goodbye!You will have neither the product nor the money.I sent them again one e mail today, let s see if they will reply and if they will solve the issues. Small update: They never got back to me.

Ware am 13.11 (2 Artikel) bestellt. Bestell-Nr. SPDE00030241. Nach nur 4 Tagen erhielt ich den ersten Teil der Bestellung. Das gelieferte Produkt ist Defekt. Auf meine Mail an den Support keine Reaktion! nicht mal eine Lesebestätigung. Der 2.te Teil der Bestellung soll angeblich Versendet sein, Sendungsverfolgung ist jedoch nicht möglich. 11.12 23: der 2.te Teil ist angekommen entspricht jedoch nicht der europäischen Norm

I don't usually write reviews but will do so here. I have 8 of these plugs and they were all working fine until recently when 3 stopped connecting. I troubleshooted with them and they had me even replace my router and modem. When I did this the other five stopped connecting. After I finally figured out how to get customer support, which is a weird whatsapp chat, they almost gleefully told me that I was just out of warranty (no I started within warranty). These plugs are garbage and I have had to reconnect them so many times in the years I have had them. I just don't want to download yet another app and roll the dice on another brand. Sigh. Don't use this brand. They are awful. Amazon doesnt sell them anymore. There is a sign.

Hast man sich einmal auf Gosund.com Seite registriert, wird man fast täglich mit Mails bombadiert. Wenn man dann dort auch aufgrund der immer tolleren Rabatte bestellt, dann -- passiert garnichts...! Shipping 3-5 Days! Diese Verandzeit bewirbt Gosund für die bestellten Artikel! Nach zwei Wochen ohne Ware habe ich PayPal eingeschaltet, worauf ich Stunden später eine Shipping Info aus Fernost bekomme, die bis heute auf dem gleichen Status steht - elektronischer Versandschein erfasst- das war es dann wieder mit dem Versand...
