I can't get rid of their daily emails despite unsubscribing or marking as spam multiple times. I've never downloaded their app, never bought anything from them. Their emails disappear when you mark as spam which is dodgy. I'd avoid this company.

Avoid this company at all costs. Most of their website is inactive and doesn't link to anything. This should be your first sign this is not a reputable company. Though they do exist, and so do their products, they have zero customer care. Emails will go unanswered, there will be no shipping info provided. You may not receive the items you ordered, the order will be missing items or the items sent will not be what you ordered. Leaving you the unenviable task of trying to get a refund or exchange. You will regret any involvement with this company.

Defektes Keyless Schloss reklamiert. Nach prüfung von Gosund kam nach mehrmaligem Anschreiben die Info, dass es keinen Ersatz und gibnt und einen Rücksendung nicht möglich sein. Das war es. Keinerlei weitere Reaktion. Bei Nachfrage beim Verbraucherschutz kam die Info, dass der telefonische Service 1,86 € kostet. Eigentlich war ich mit den Produkten zufrieden aber so geht es nicht. Das Schloss war schlicht mangelhaft und nicht zu benutzen. Lieber woanders kaufen und etwas mehr bezahlen.

Kauf über Onlinehändler. Defektes Teils wurde (während Garantie) von gosund akzeptiert und durch Onlinehändler durch eine weiteres defektes Teil getauscht. Weiter Reklamation sollte über Onlinehändler erfolgen - jedoch nicht möglich. Werbung von gosund mehrmals versucht abzubestellen. Funktioniert auch nicht. Es kommt massenweise Werbung. Unverschämte Frechheit.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. I ordered 2 smart bulbs with large screw fixings. They sent large bayonet one. When I contacted them they said they never made screw fixings. Luckily I took a screen shot of my order as proof. I returned the whole order back 3 weeks ago and they still have not refunded me. Now I have no product or money. Avoid this company at all costs.

Ware wurde nicht geliefert, Geld kam nie zurück, Mails wurden nicht beantwortet. Dafür kommt jede Menge Werbung. Nie wieder.
