Absolute rubbish! Very fiddly and awkward to connect to the Gosung app ( took all morning) and after a while had reinstall two of the plugs, impossible to connect to Alexa

These products are garbage. They are cheaply made. The customer service is a joke, they don't even attempt to trouble shoot any issues. My electrician recommended the Gosund Smart Switches, and installed them. I'm having them all taken out and replaced with Lutrons. I'd rather spend extra and get the features I need, i.e. Sunrise and Sunset automatically as the time changes thru out the year. Having to go in and manually adjust the timers to fit the time zones is old technology. There's better on the market. Spend few more $$ and get something much more reliable.

the worst piece of kit i have ever encountered. i have been trying to connect to my echo dot for nearly 2 weeks and it does not work.

Wifi plug stopped working after 2 days. Avoid.
