I believe it is very important to give credit when credit is due and this is one of those cases. Everything I ordered was fabulous! I received them quickly and they are high quality material. The printing is perfect. I will definitely be ordering from Goss again as well as referring them to my friends. I am a very satisfied customer.

I have tried twice now to order a shirt for my nephew, and both times their ordering software has ended up changing something important so the shirt won't be what I was trying to order. The first attempt the shirt style was changed to a women's tee rather than a classic tee, which I attempted to cancel immediately using their form in the order email. Rather than cancel, they sent me an email with a link showing that the shirt was already being printed, so it of course couldn't possibly be cancelled or even altered to a classic tee now. My nephew received that shirt today. The other thing is that their order software didn't request even the correct name on the credit card, so my card was listed under my nephew's name because I had it shipped to him in another state. I'm now concerned about what else they could choose to charge to my account this way, and need to contact my bank about tighter security on my account. Second attempt today, my order for a Black classic tee showed up in the order email as Kelly Green classic tee. I have used their form again, but have also sent an email directly to their customer service including the order number and the change that needs to be made. I don't care if the order is delayed a few days while they make sure my order is right, because he's a senior for another 2+ months. I care that he gets the right gift from me.

The shirt I ordered for my son was well-made and fit him perfectly. He loves it! It came within a very reasonable amount of time and I experienced no problems. I would happily order from Gossgear again! Elaine F.

Granddaughter graduating from High School, this year. Cap and gown in the closet. But! I made sure everyone knew she was a graduate! Corona Virus class of 2020! She loved the shirt! The size was true to fit, didn't shrink or fade, more than expected. A great gift idea and value. Thank you
