I got a 7th birthday quarantined shirt for my son. He loved it & so did I.

I wish I read the reviews first... Ordered a 50th Birthday shirt on 4/16. They finally started to process the order on 4/30. The shirt only now shows up as "printing". Filed a claim with PayPal. Gossgear offered a 10% refund. Horrible customer service. Not even worthy of the 1 star I gave them. EDIT: It is now May 18th, and still nothing. Despite the challenges of Covid-19 and the impact it has on businesses, 30+ days to process and ship an order (when they claim shipment in 5-15 days) is totally unacceptable.

Ordered shirt for birthday gift and never showed. Working with bank to get refund and reported to facebook where ad was promoted.

I ordered 2 sweatshirts a month and a half ago. I did receive one. But they won't return my emails and I can not find a phone number. Sucks I get nothing for that 2nd sweatshirt that cost me $40. Maybe it's time to go to the better business Bureau after all the people I see that aren't getting their items that they purchased.

AVOID Same as everyone else. Ordered for my sons birthday. Guess what ....... no tee shirt!!!!! Sent email but came up company doesn’t exist. It’s a scam. Don’t order from these cowboys.

Same as all the others, ordered last month, no T shirt arrived, cant contact just lost 26 quid, stay away from this scam.

I placed an order for a quarantine birthday party shirt on April 18, 2020. I needed the shirt for use Mother's Day weekend. It listed the order as ready for printing April 30. The week before Mother's Day I didn't have it so I complained. They gave me a 10 percent refund which amounted to zero because they just readded the shipping cost that was taken off for spending at least $45. I then wrote that I wanted to cancel my order. They said they couldn't because it was sent for printing. So I called my credit card company to cancel the charge which they had charged a while back. Without a product being shipped, they could have given me a full refund. That is basic. The birthday party has passed. I don't need the shirt now, but it has not arrived yet my credit card was charged. I ordered the shirt in plenty of time. It should have arrived in April but the event it was for has passed. And to add insult to injury, this company has no phone number to complain, just an online form whereby you get a standard response from a bot..

Ordered as a birthday present 3 weeks ago have heard nothing since. I strongly suspect it's a scam company and would advise against using Goss Gear.
