Avoid, avoid, oh, and avoid again
Failed to deliver the item, then refuse to answer or acknowledge basic points in my follow up emails. The offered a % of the cost in one email, then changed their minds and offer a lower % in the next email! All the while, the item has not been sent out, and I feel as though they are trying to run the clock down to avoid having to provide a refund. In my opinion, they are acting like scam artists, and I would strongly advise you to give them a wide berth. Also, they would only consider a refund if I withdrew my claim against them through my bank - not a chance, as otherwise I would have no other recourse.
