I am giving one star because there is no option for zero. I have been trying to modify my order from the moment I placed it. When ordering it does not specify on the size of the shirts as far as youth or adult, I was trying to get the correct shirt to begin with so I got 2 extra large shirt for 8th graders. After numerous attempts they finally answer me saying unfortunately they can’t change anything it has been printed. I email back giving my explanation and a few hours later I get the same same automated email. No one helps there nor to they care to help!

I ordered a shirt for my daughter a women size s it fits perfect the brand is fruit of the loom , I was nervous after reading all the negative reviews but I am very happy with my purchase , she love it

I placed an order on April 25th for my twin daughters’ birthday on May 17th. Well their birthday is over and no merchandise. I, like many of you, am receiving the “printing” message when I check the status. Emails are canned statements saying the order is proceeding. They immediately put the charge through so I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. They are going to investigate it for me. I will pay for it when I get the merchandise, but from the looks of it, it probably won’t happen.

Placed an order on the 17th April for a t-shirt for my son's birthday at the end of May. My order has been at processing since the 30th April. I have tried to contact the company a number of times, it now tells me I'm entering an invalid email address and calls are not being connected. Will never use or recommend this company. Update 2nd June. Order still not processed so requested a full refund, which has been agreed.

Over a month now, item has not shipped......They of course will not cancel the order. Such a poor company - save yourself the hassle and do not order...

I placed an order on 4/18 for a t-shirt and maching mask for my son's birthday. One week later the order was on printing status. It's been printing until now, no sign of when it will be shipped. Customer services is really bad, nobody answers you, except for the automated email or vm saying your order is printing, it can't be cancelled. There is no information when it will be shipped or arriving. The website and vm just saying that they are delays bc of covid, which at this point I find it as a really bad excuse.

Horrible. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. I ordered a specific shirt. It changed it and I emailed them 1 minute later and I received an email say “sorry to late, order already processed”. Charged my card and 1 month later I get an email saying shirt shipped and they charged my card again.

This company is a complete scam, do not BUY FROM THEM. I placed an order early April and still have not received my order. They took payment from my card immediately. I have sent them numerous emails but they keep saying it is in'printing'. They now have offered a reprint - I just want my money back as I don't want the t-shirts anymore (not that i am going to receive them anyway) They won't return my money back. I wish i had read the reviews first as I would never have brought from this company. They are a scam company that is taking money from innocent people especially at this testing time.
