It took longer than I expected for printing and delivery due to COVID but the Customer Service was quick to respond and kept me updated. I would consider ordering from them again.

I have ordered 2 items from them, got confirmation e mail then nothing, I emailed them 4 weeks later and they had forgotten to process my order!! Still haven't got it and the emails are bouncing back and on the website e mail they say my e mail is wrong!! So they've had my money for 9 weeks and still no goods, will be reporting them to trading standards!!

The t-shirts that I purchased came exactly as advertised. The quality and fit are perfect. There was delay in shipping, but I emailed them and got a speedy response from an automated system. The response didn't answer my question, but when I replied to the response email, I spoke with a real person and am very pleased with how helpful they were. I will definitely be ordering again.

My tee shirt has finally arrived and it looks and feels great and is of high quality. My wife loves it as well. There were some delays in the fulfillment process, possibly related to the Covid-19 issues, that made me nervous about this order. However after contacting Gossgear, they immediately responded, provided a pleasing resolution, and provided excellent customer service. What's not to like? I'd recommend both the tee shirt and the company.
