Great Purchase Experience
My ordering process was great! Very satisfied with my order. I asked a follow-up question about caixas via email and IG that went unanswered, however. I purchased a caixa through Virada Drums instead.

Order two, you are typically muting with the second hand but sometimes the second mallet plays.

Thanks for the Repicaixa I ordered
Thanks for the Repicaixa I ordered. My only concern is the extra taxes I had to add to when I ordered it here in Canada. It should be incorporated with the price. Other than that I’m very satisfied with the order.

Hello Simon, Thank you for your feedback! I thought that our email communication about the Canadian taxes before shipment was clear. It sounds like it wasn't and I'm sorry for that. I will try to be more clear with customers outside of the US in the future. Perhaps a phone call with customers will be better than an email going forward. Again, appreciate the feedback!
