I ordered picks 6 days ago and still no picks. I tried texting with their virtual asst. and was promised an email conformation. 2 days in a row I asked for a tracking number no answer. Tried to use the number on the website and all I got was S.S. info and a run around. Would not use them or trust them again!

I always have a great experience with this company! So far, I have 3 different guitar picks they have printed for us and am working on some more designs. Their customer service is great! Recently I have been talking with Phoenix, who is very helpful and personable. He helped me to place my order and with design questions. I have also been pleased with how quickly I received my orders.

Købte 5A trommestikker men fik 7A (eller nogle meget lette og lidt korte 5A stikker). Det tog 4 uger for at få det hele lavet, men printet er af god kvalitet. Selve stikkerne er af ringe kvalitet og har en hul lyd. Det hele tog lidt over 2 måneder, fra jeg bestilte det til at det landede i Danmark, og jeg endte med at komme af med 3 gange af stikkerne værdi. Så alt i alt kan det bruges, men det skal ikke anbefales.

i ordered the plektrums to germany and wow this quality and service. i had used a picture with different grayscales, their graphic designer reworked it for me so that it could be printed in one color. Fast delivery.I love it!
