THEY OFFERED ME 500€ TO DELETE MY REVIEW! AVOID THE DOCTOR AND HIS TEAM!
I have been offered 500€ to DELETE My review. SCREENSHOT OF THE CHAT ON GOOGLE REVIEWS. Don’t trust what you see, they pay people that had failed surgeries to avoid bad reviews. ****ALL DOCUMENTED WITH SCREENSHOTS OF THE CHAT OF THEM ASKING MULTIPLE TIMES TO DELETE THE REVIEW FOR 500€. ON GOOGLE REVIEW WHEN YOU WRITE THE NAME OF THE DOCTOR ON THE SEARCH BAR**** I had a combined Surgery with DR. ATSAL 6 weeks ago and I’m sorry to say that I’m completely unhappy with my results and how the team and the doctor behaved after I told them the surgery was a fail. I specifically requested a Barbie nose and I was happy the first week based on table operations pics, after they removed my cast I was very swollen but I noticed immediately that my nose was way too big and similar to my old nose to be a Barbie nose, but I waited and decided to trust the process. Unfortunately after 6 weeks the nose is still the same and look completely different from the table pics ( I wish I could post those pics here to let everyone see). I’ve been in a clinic in my country showing them the pictures and compared to my Nose they say even in 6 months My nose will not be the same as the pictures and they might have been PHOTOSHOPPED. I also I had foxy eyes and if you’re thinking about getting the procedure don’t waste your money because my eyes dropped back to normal after 10 days. I even have screenshots of chat of the team saying that is normal and if they dropped is my mistake anyways because I didn’t take good care after the operation. ( ALL DOCUMENTED WITH SCREENSHOTS AND PICS) I’m sorry but I COMPLETELY DO NOT ADVICE THE DOCTOR AND HIS TEAM. Not professional and don’t give the results you ask for. ****TYPE THE NAME OF THE DOCTOR ON GOOGLE AND YOU’LL SEE MY REVIEW WITH MY PICTURES SO YOU KNOW I’M NOT LYING!****

Hello, thank you for your comment, first of all we would like to state that we do not give you any refunds, our clinic does not have such a policy. Also we feel so upset about blaming the doctor because you didn't like the result, he always sincerely offered to fix the things you didn't like in your surgeries. He always listened to your complaints and offered solutions with video calls after your surgery. No one from our team has ever accused you of damaging your surgery, this is a medical option you can do unconsciously, just this has been stated.
