I have previously written a review pre and just post surgery which I was very happy with. I am generally pleased with the work, however some areas were not done which i paid for. I have been flagging this since December 2025. I have been told the surgeon has now left and he done what he could. I can clearly see the lower back not being done, i have then said ask Gorkem to call me on this which has not happened. The simple response is the surgeon done what he could do, then i was costed for more surgery which is higher than other companies. This, to say the very least, is extremely disappointing. There is no accountability for the work. Advice - if you go here, only do very minimal work as they will not do all the areas agreed.

I can't evaluate the results now, but I will come back in another 6 months 🇸🇪 Yes, I waited six months to see the results and evaluate the work! However, unfortunately, the results were not good. I had a facelift surgery as well as a procedure under the eyes, but there is excess sagging of the skin under the eyes, and I was not satisfied with the result. Nevertheless, the team was good and the doctor was kind, but unfortunately, the results were not as expected.

I got a surgery done from Dr Gorkem and there were multiple things which upset me 1. The surgery happened at 8 pm when it was promised at 4 pm where I was asked to wait empty stomach 2. The general checkup did not happened at all as doctor was busy but they did charge me for that 3. After the plaster was removed the doctor said that he will be in touch if I contact him. Today it’s been 7 months and he has not answered my single message 4. The bone was twisted which was never rectified 5. I have to spend money in my country for consultation with other doctor and x ray shows the bone is not fixed 6. Entire team had 360 degree change behaviour once the fee was paid as if I’m nothing in their diary only new patients are important There is no after service and I don’t know what to do next
