I bought the ApeX Original Round Tip Tweezers from the website and the transaction was tremendous. It was late in the evening and I ordered right from my iPhone. I love these tweezers. I highly recommend them as they do a fantastic job.

Initially ordered for an Apex Professional nose hair trimmer. It was kind of too big & sharp for me (unfortunately it's tough to know exact needs, unless you try it). Spoke to Ken Adams and he offered to send a travel size nose hair trimmer for free. Tried and it exactly aligns with my need. Thanks a lot to Ken for that and he got a very happy customer with me. Will sure recommend for others !!!

Update: received my package and very happy with the quality of the product. Would order again. I still don’t have my package. When I track it in USPS there is no update since July 2. Not sure if I’m even going to receive my package or were it is.

Please accept our apologies for the delay Irene. Orders shipped outside the US since the start of the pandemic have experienced significant delays. It’s definitely frustrating and basically out of our control, but we will get to the bottom of It. Stay safe Eric

Did have to call as the package was extremely late. They apologized and sent a free gift for our trouble. This gesture, along with their sincere conversation, impressed me.

Thank you Beth for your patience and kind words! Shipments are back on schedule and things appear to be getting back to what the next stage of normal is going to be. Stay safe and healthy! Ken
