Adequate product: scissors cut well & rounded tweezers are decent, if used correctly 2 weeks+ to ship, but COMPLIMENTARY shipping Customer service needs TREMENDOUS improvement. The tweezer I got this time is pretty good, but the Gorillakilla I bought years ago is a FIVE STAR product. The style has changed, not as comfortable to use, the pincers don’t grip as tightly as the first ones I bought. I compared the new to the old…..the old style is a better product And paying $25 for a tweezers it should be as good as the old style

There was a delay in receiving my kit, it appears the delay was on USPS side and not Gorilla Killa. Overall the kit looks like it will function for years to come.

Did have to call as the package was extremely late. They apologized and sent a free gift for our trouble. This gesture, along with their sincere conversation, impressed me.
