Adequate product: scissors cut well & rounded tweezers are decent, if used correctly 2 weeks+ to ship, but COMPLIMENTARY shipping Customer service needs TREMENDOUS improvement. PHONE # & EMAIL is fake. Contact them via socials - Facebook: They saw my message, but did not reply. (X/Twitter might work) Use the "Shop" app QR code/link on your receipt to track delivery

The product is fine but you take so long to ship. 🙄 geez.

Package never arrived. Ordered two weeks before Christmas. No stars would be more accurate.

I ordered two tweezers and received only one. Calls are not answered and emails are returned undeliverable. There is no way to get a message to this company. Do not do business with this company unless you like getting ripped off.
