Unsolicited emails and phone calls. I never contacted this company about their services yet they sent me a email confirming my scheduled zoom meeting. When I didn't join their meeting Josette Short called my office number saying I had a scheduled appointment. Again I never contacted them or inquired about their services! Very pushy!
