We completely understand your concerns about the service rate. Because some of the transactions / clients we work with do involve a higher level of risk—especially when traditional financing isn't an option—rates can sometimes reflect that added risk and the complexity involved in securing funding. Most of our preferred borrowers (meaning much slower risk determined by the banks ) see interest rates starting at prime +1 on secured products and one percent a month on uncollateralized lines That said, we always strive to ensure clients feel supported, informed, and that the value received aligns with their business goals.
