I’m very happy with the service. The loan process was quick and easy, and I got the money fast. This helped me take advantage of something I needed that was important and came up kind of unexpectedly. Was able to take care of it, and gave me the opportunity to take care of a couple other things right away. Highly recommend for any business needing quick funding! I received emails and text while going through the loan process but then after a week, radio silence. I sent a couple messages and I heard nothing back from them.

Thank you for your review, as well as your patience as we looked into this. It appears in records on our end, that you emailed and asked for an update from our rep, and never heard back, just as you stated. Our deepest apologies for this! In our investigation, we found a few issues in our process, which caused others to be "ghosted" as well. Thanks to your review, we have corrected those issues and believe at this point the it won't happen again in the future. We have tried to reach out to extended our apologies, but have not received a reply, which we certainly understand as we dropped the ball on our end. We'd love for you to give us another chance to help, but do understand we didn't meet your expectation before, and understand if you don't. But again, you helped us figure out where we were having issues in our process, and very much appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

I have been trying to cancel my credit…
I have been trying to cancel my credit card processing since September of 2023. I have emailed my rep monthly since September and kept getting told that he would come down and get the equiptment and get me refunded for not getting it cancelled like I had asked. I then called and talked to a manager in April and was told if I sent back the equiptment to her and sent her a picture of my license she would get it cancelled within 24-48 hours and get me a refund. I received another statement this month. I have called and emailed again today still with no response. I have yet to get my account cancelled or a refund issued.

It doesn't allow me to respond in a reply so I am responding by editing my response. I have several emails from our rep saying he would come get the machine and get it cancelled and get me refunded since September of 2023. I also contacted a manager in April and finally paid to mail back my equiptment because the rep never did what he said. I have tracking proof that it was delivered 4/13/24. Your company would not do anything to help or respond to me until I contacted the company who you run your credit card processing through and explained the situation. I still have yet to be refunded from the months of minimum fees charged to me while I tried to get my processing cancelled and was told over and over again (in email so I have written proof) that the rep would come down and get the equiptment and get me refunded.
Your response to this matter is proof of the lack of customer service and trust and reliabilty your company has. I would not reccomend this company to anyone and will continue letting people know of the scam they are running.

Our apologies this has taken so long on the reply. We had to do some investigating to try to figure out who you are as we have no record of you on this end. At any rate, this review is for a different business, PYN Pay, which is a credit card processing company. PYN Capital business connected here at Trust Pilot provides business loans and merchant cash advances. With that said, we are sorry to hear about your frustrations and have discussed the matter with the leaders of our sister company. They have communicated since September 2023 that they need you to ship back the credit card charging equipment in working condition, and as soon as it's received, they can cancel your account. Until they receive the unit, they are liable for any charges or chargebacks that are done on the machine, which is why it is standard practice for merchant processors to receive back equipment provided to you, before canceling an account. As of today, they have still not received the equipment. If the equipment has been lost or damaged, and that is the reason why you haven’t sent it back, then please call to discuss other options to get your account canceled.
