Hi Jerry, apologies we could not get you an approval for business funding. We tried every type of funding available to us, but unfortunately, there was no Underwriters we could find to approve your file. How could we have done better for you? You say communication was ok, but we told you the same thing everyday, that the file was still in underwriting. We welcome any thoughts or opinions on how to do better in the future so other business owners do not feel they need to give a poor review of us as well. Thank You in advance and we appreciate your business.

Thank you for your review, as well as your patience as we looked into this. It appears in records on our end, that you emailed and asked for an update from our rep, and never heard back, just as you stated. Our deepest apologies for this! In our investigation, we found a few issues in our process, which caused others to be "ghosted" as well. Thanks to your review, we have corrected those issues and believe at this point the it won't happen again in the future. We have tried to reach out to extended our apologies, but have not received a reply, which we certainly understand as we dropped the ball on our end. We'd love for you to give us another chance to help, but do understand we didn't meet your expectation before, and understand if you don't. But again, you helped us figure out where we were having issues in our process, and very much appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

I'm very sorry you feel that way. As noted prior in my reply, please reach out to PynPay and they will help you further as, unfortunately, there is nothing we can do for you on this end. Thanks. Our apologies this has taken so long on the reply. We had to do some investigating to try to figure out who you are as we have no record of you on this end. At any rate, this review is for a different business, PYN Pay, which is a credit card processing company. PYN Capital business connected here at Trust Pilot provides business loans and merchant cash advances. With that said, we are sorry to hear about your frustrations and have discussed the matter with the leaders of our sister company. They have communicated since September 2023 that they need you to ship back the credit card charging equipment in working condition, and as soon as it's received, they can cancel your account. Until they receive the unit, they are liable for any charges or chargebacks that are done on the machine, which is why it is standard practice for merchant processors to receive back equipment provided to you, before canceling an account. As of today, they have still not received the equipment. If the equipment has been lost or damaged, and that is the reason why you haven’t sent it back, then please call to discuss other options to get your account canceled.
