TERRIBLE customer service!! I started a subscription with them in Jan 2024. One of my friends recommended them. I got my first order without an issue. When July came around, I got notification that my 2nd order was delivered in my mailbox Well... it was NO WHERE TO BE FOUND. When I contacted gopure, the let me know that it was delivered in my mailbox and IT WAS MY RESPONSIBILITY TO FIND IT MYSELF AND/OR GET AHOLD OF USPS... AND THERE WAS NOTHING ELSE THEY COULD DO. I asked them to cancel my subscription immediately. They didn't..... I just happened to look at my bank statement and noticed I was charged for last July and Jan. I asked them to please do what's right and refund my money. They refuse. Worst company EVER!!!!!!

I love the fact that these are portable, however, I tested the filtered water and compared to my tap water and there was literally NO difference! And it wasn't simply a defective pod, as I tried the second one that came with the package and that after following the instructions perfectly, that one also tested the exact same results as the tap water. The pH even tested the same as my tap water - at 6.9. I really wanted to like these, but they do not perform as advertised.
