Very pleased with response to issues
I previously left a bad review in the middle of a number of printing issues I was experiencing with the socks in my Etsy shop. I wanted to update the review, as Gooten has gone above and beyond to fix the issues and make this right for me. Very pleased with their response!

Gooten is my chosen supplier because pricing and reliability
Gooten is my chosen supplier because in terms of turnaround time and price they are superior. For what I use gooten for, I give 5 stars. Ive also had problem orders which they fixed quickly and easily, their support team is good.

Excellent customer service and great prices
I've been using gooten for almost 3 years and I'm really satisfied with the quality and variety of products but what makes me stay is their excellent customer service. Yes, you can have problems with orders that printed badly or they sent the wrong design (as with all dropshippers) but this is very very rare with them and they always solve it. They send reprints fast if you show proof of the problem so I don't have to worry. There are some products that are too expensive and I think they should find other partners since you can't compete in price but for popular products like mugs, shirts, or pillows they have the best prices. The etsy integration gave me a few problems in the past but now works well so overall I still think they are the best dropshipping option out there.

Great Customer Service
I have used Gooten as a POD fulfillment service for the past three years and I have never had any of the issues that so many other experiences w/their competitors. If I have any questions, their customer service is always top-notch. I highly recommend entrusting your business needs to Gooten.

We love Gooten have products others POD…
We love Gooten have products others POD dont have, like the acrylics blocks, canvas, pack folded cards and yoga mats... And we loved how our designs look. Also their support team is AWESOME... besides of how the platform work, also if you have any question of how to get more customers, education, etc.. they help you!
