Frustrating but it worked out ok
Paid for expedited shipping. Expedited shipping is supposed to be via UPS. They've generated a tracking number via USPS but it was just sitting there for more than 24 hours. Trying to talk to an actual person took a while since their AI assistant responded first with hallucinated info. They ended up resending my order via expedited shipping after I asked, refunded the shipping fee, and provided a small credit. So while it was really frustrating initially for a time-sensitive order, it ultimately worked out. Goop is probably ok for shopping if you're not in a rush. If you can get an actual person to talk to, then their customer service is pretty good too.
