I ordered two items for my dogs the floppy lobster which I received after 3 months. Never got it to work right very cheap! Order pop up balls 3 months ago still have not received them just emails every couple weeks says "your parcel status has updates" which tells you nothing. Not expecting much if I do get them. You get what you pay for I guess.

I believe I was scammed by them. I ordered 2 items. A crusifix handmade cross and a battery power washer. The only thing they was saying was in transit was the cross. So I sent and email wondering if the sprayer was with it. They responded with a question of what was the issue and that I need to contact the seller. But wait!! Aren't they the seller of these products. Anyway since the 28th of June my product is still stuck at Rochester. So I sent and email wondering when I was going to recieve these items....no response yet. I paid for 2 items only getting 1 but haven't recieved that 1 yet. Wow...never again. Update: it's July 20th 2024 and my item is still at Rochester. They sent an email saying they were gonna contact the carrier to expedite shipment but nothing happened. So everybody out there....leave these crooks alone. Pathetic!!!

SCAMMERS I did not receive my goods that I purchased through Facebook. I contacted the company they stated my goods were returned from the post office… I was tracking and this was not the case at all. I do not believe my goods were even sent. They stated they can’t refund me as they will not receive the goods back. No accountability. 🤬

Absolutely disgusting Business, They Lie on the online advertising which is illegal and then they offer you 10 cents to the dollar to try and get you to go away so they still make money on this disgusting scam.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT TO NE TRUSTED I was sent the book marks which are supposed to be able to open to put dried flowers inside. The picture in the ad shows them to be large but they are tiny. I also was supposed to get 5 styles by 3 each but ended up with 3 styles by 10 each. Useless and does not work and they won’t refund me or fix my order.

Ordered automatic roll down egg dispensers that popped up on Instagram and/or Facebook. I'm noticing a pattern of worthless, defective goods on everything I have purchased from those ads and this is no exception. Sellers usually charge a high cost to return the products. In this case, eggs do not roll freely even though the product is level and assembled correctly. I requested a refund and sent the requested videos of the product failing to work. I have used other egg dispensers that worked but with this design the slope is too shallow so I need to manually roll each egg to the front and the rest do not roll as in the product name and pictures. Seller refused a refund, saying "Our warehouse has verified that there is no quality problem with your product. With a few simple procedures, it can function normally." Opened a PayPal refund case.

Ordered a game from Facebook. The product arrived and was not what I ordered. I emailed them to rectify and sent numerous emails back and forth. They took no accountability and just said it was what I ordered - it absolutely was not. Worst customer service. Absolute scam of a company.

Everything went wrong, they said I had the wrong address and sent it to Sydney, I checked my order which had the correct information then told me I had to retrieve it from the post office in Sydney, I live in Brisbane, what the hell, goodwillbrave is a SCAM do not buy from them, you will lose your money!!!
