Company stinks! As soon as I placed $20.99 order and approved $5.99 for shipping, the invoice came through with $7.01 sales tax added. Outrageous nonsenze. PayPal forces you to contact goodwillbrave first. I did via email immediately and canceled the order and lodged a complaint. No response except subsequent shipping updates and more. Do NOT FALL FOR THEIR ADS!

Sends heaps of emails stating goods are being processed and shipping is being processed. All B.S. they they are the worst on line company I have ever dealt with. Scammers and don't go near this company as they will never sent goods you ordered. Make you pay exorbitant shipping costs for goods you will never receiv

I filled out the order form online however when I saw the final total I decided not to purchase. Several weeks later the merchandise arrived. How did this order go through when I didn't complete it. I never clicked on "complete order". How did this happen? I've now received 3 orders total that I did not place. How are they doing this. My bank and Life Lock will do nothing!!! Has this happened to anyone else???

SCAM COMPANY! Ordered some shirts from Facebook ad. Took weeks to get the items. When they arrived, they were about 2 sizes smaller than what they were marked. I immediately emailed for a return label as their website states full refunds are issued if returned within 14 days and customers will only be charged once for shipping including for returns. Their response was that it's too expensive to ship back to China, we'll give you $6 and give the shirts to a friend. My order cost over $50. I refused and quoted their return policy to them. They responded saying the most they can refund me is $8. Guess I'll need to dispute the charge through my bank and see if that works. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company is a scam from China. I ordered a stuffed highland cow figure with a flower crown and what I received was something I could have bought at the dollar store. I'm ashamed of myself for falling for it as I paid $30. I've been disputing this transaction on PayPal and they keep saying to send it back but it will cost me a lot of money to send back and even when they receive it they won't refund the postage. On their website they say they are from Texas and they are clearly not. Don't buy anything from them.

I ordered magnetic game. It arrived almost 4 weeks later and the box was damaged and the game inside was crunched. The plastic of the game was so cheap it could be pushed back into shape but the quality was just like the dollar store but I paid a lot more. When I contacted them they said too bad it had been crunched, they would contact the shipping department. Stay clear from this site. Is there a rating less than 1 star. That seems too generous!!
