Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We are delighted to hear that you are enjoying the books and that Ferry made the process pleasant for you. We truly appreciate your patience while we worked through the earlier vendor challenges, and we are thrilled that the wait was worthwhile. Those challenges are now behind us, and orders typically take 2-5 business days to ship within the U.S. Your trust and kind words mean the world to us. We look forward to sharing more collections with you and your family in the future. Have a blessed day, - GNM Kids Support

We are very sorry to read about your experience and the frustration you went through waiting for your December order. You are right, it is unacceptable to have been strung along for that long, and we take full responsibility for the poor communication and delays. Please reach out directly to [email protected] or call us at 1-855-581-5437 so we can resolve this immediately. Earlier this year, we encountered significant fulfillment challenges that affected multiple orders. Those issues have since been resolved, and orders are now shipping on schedule. We know that does not undo your experience, but we want to assure you that this is not the standard we accept. Have a blessed day, - GNM Kids Support
