I am extremely disappointed with Goodman Home Solutions. My appointment was originally scheduled for July 10, then moved to July 22, and now it has been rescheduled again to July 31. Meanwhile, the company continues advertising same-day or next-day appointments. This is misleading and very frustrating. I have rearranged my schedule multiple times, only to have my appointment delayed again and again. Customers deserve honest scheduling and better communication. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I would leave a negative review if I could. I had an appointment to fix my range (under warranty) on 6-22-2026. They canceled that appt and rescheduled to 7-1, then 7-15, then 7-21, now 8-12. They claim they have one tech and that one tech is out on extended leave until 7-31. I'm seeing this is common practice for them. BBB is my next step.

The customer service is disgraceful. No one calls you back and it's very difficult to speak to a human being. They send texts with multiple repair dates even though the parts for the appliances haven't arrived. Just an awful experience with this company.

First time calling I spoke to a real person schedule service for a day that working for both of us they didn’t show and sent text to reschedule following week again no show and rescheduled for the following week. Called company spoke to foreign person and stated that they didn’t have any tech in are stress and will put us on a waiting list. We are still in warranty. Was on hold for 45 minutes even before we spoke to someone. Bad customer service

I would give this company a negative number if that was possible. I scheduled service for my clothes dryer and they couldn't send someone for one week. They confirmed 8-12p on a Friday then arbitrarily changed the time to 1-5p. They never showed up, never called to reschedule. I tried to reach them by phone, text, email. No response. I called Whirlpool and they filed my complaint but said they couldn't help me because my service ticket was still open. I am now going to cancel my extended warranties with Whirlpool.

My washer is in worse condition than when they “repaired “ it. Poor communication. I feel like I am been ghosted by a jerk boyfriend. Even though when I do get the actual rep on the phone, they have been very polite. I am still sitting here for 7 hours for a guy that pb won’t show up - if it was repaired properly, would not even be writing this right now

Unacceptable company to deal with. Set an appointment a week ago. Get a call at 7pm the night before telling me they need to push my appointment out 2 weeks. I was told they had an emergency to deal with - not having a stove/oven for 3 weeks is a pretty big emergency. Judging from everyone else’s reviews. Stay away and don’t even waste your time.

This company is a complete Joke. Only contact is via their info@goodman……and they are totally Lost. Told me myJob was complete when no one showed up. Had the wrong phone number for me in their system. Online chat never works…always the same Message”our agents are busy trying to again later”. Later…same message. No on answers the 844 number.when you leave a message, never a response. I don’t think this is a real company. It is an umbrella of local handymen and no one manages anything. Sadly, Whirlpool uses them for warranty repair. Complete joke. Stay away!!!
