🚨 SAVE YOUR MONEY — THIS WARRANTY COMPANY DOES NOT DELIVER! 🚨 If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. My experience was absolutely unacceptable. I paid for a warranty specifically so I would have help when an appliance broke. Instead, when I actually needed them, my service appointment was rescheduled FIVE TIMES. Five. Separate. Times. Every reschedule meant more waiting, more inconvenience, and more time without a functioning appliance. I repeatedly made arrangements around their appointments, only to have them change the appointment again. My time apparently meant nothing to them. At some point, I had enough. I cancelled the warranty plan. Why should I continue paying for a service that can't even provide the service when it's needed? The entire purpose of an appliance warranty is to provide reliable repairs and peace of mind. Instead, I got endless delays, frustration, and wasted time. Five rescheduled appointments is not customer service. It is unacceptable. Think very carefully before giving this company your money. A warranty is worthless if the company can't—or won't—get someone to your home to fix the appliance. I would never purchase another warranty from this company, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend them to anyone else. Buyer beware.

The tech ordered the wrong part several times over a three month period and to this date our range is not operation. I have called GHS several times and I can't get any one to answer their phone. Centricity Warranty has reached out to them on our behalf without any success. Previously when I was able to get a person on a call, they were short and unconcerning and dishonest. Stay away for Goodman Home Solution! Look at their history of poor service!!!

If I could give this company a NEGATIVE star, I would! Home depot uses them for their repairs, unfortunately, so i had no choice. They rescheduled my appointment 3 times without calling to ask if the times were good.... then they told me they called and talked to me about one appointment! I NEVER talked to them. As of today, I've been without my dishwasher for 2 weeks because they continue to reschedule every appointment they make!! I've only had my dishwasher a little over 2 months. I'm so angry. Worst service ever!

Gave me a window of 1:00pm-5:00pm and it isnt going to happen. I tried calling. No one answers. I went to Live Chat. It says it's offline right now (in the middle of the day)! There is no way to reach anyone. The bot says the guy is scheduled to come at 5:15 which is outside my window and we all know he isn't showing up. This is crap service.

Referred by Jenn Air, who warned me when they refereed them that “lots of people are not happy with Goodman.” The Technician came to my house, open the fridge doors, opened the freezer doors, then leaned back on my counter and played with his phone for 10 minutes. This was his way of diagnosing the problem. Of course, his diagnosis was incorrect! I wrote to Goodman Hone Solutions, and asked for my diagnosis fee back. No! I guess they think he did his job. What a waste of time. Avoid using this company, and reach out to Whirlpool and JennAir, and tell them about your disatisfaction.

They have 0 customer service. STAY AWAY!!!!! Online chat never works…always the same Message”our agents are busy trying to again later”. Later…same message. No on answers the 844 number.when you leave a message, never a response. I don’t think this is a real company. It is an umbrella of local handymen and no one manages anything. Sadly, Whirlpool uses them for warranty repair. Complete joke. Stay away!!!

I scheduled a service appointment and even took PTO from work to be available. However, later that evening, I received a call informing me that there were no technicians available and my appointment had to be canceled. This was very frustrating and unprofessional. I lost a day of work for an appointment that was canceled at the last minute. I expected better communication and planning from a company providing home services.

I would not recommend Goodman Home Solutions based on my experience. My refrigerator repair claim was assigned to Goodman Home Solutions on July 9, 2026. The earliest appointment they scheduled was July 22, 2026, already nearly two weeks after the claim was assigned. Then, late in the day on July 21, 2026—the day before my appointment—I received a text message stating that my appointment had been canceled and rescheduled for August 4, 2026. Waiting almost a month for a refrigerator repair is simply unacceptable. A refrigerator is an essential household appliance, and being without one for that length of time creates unnecessary hardship, food loss, and inconvenience. I understand that scheduling challenges can happen, but canceling at the last minute and pushing the appointment out another two weeks demonstrates poor customer service and a lack of consideration for customers. I expected much better communication and a much more reasonable response time for an urgent appliance repair. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Goodman Home Solutions.
