I had an excellent experience GoodLife Home Loans. I worked with Mike Maffey who was extremely competent, patient and hard working. Mike went above and beyond to track down and redress issues that slowed the underwriting process down. I would recommend your company - and specifically Mr. Maffey for anyone seeking a reverse mortgage.

A Great Experience!
I applied for this loan at a very stressful time in my life. The whole experience was so positive. My loan officer Dawn Bestafka is the best. She expertly guided me through all the steps in the process and was always available for questions when I had them. When a few small hurdles occurred she knew what needed to be done to resolve them. Because of COVID there were some new options such as a drive by appraisal. I felt like she genuinely cared about me and my situation and worked really hard to get the best outcome for me. I like many others had heard about some “negatives” regarding reverse mortgages. As part of the process you are required to get counseling which is invaluable in educating you about any & all questions you might have. Because of this I was 100% comfortable going forward. I have peace of mind that I’ll be able to take care of some immediate needs. Thanks to Dawn for giving me this.

Great experience.
Our application was handled by Michael Maffe. He walked us through the various stages of the refinance, and was unfailingly friendly, professional, patient, and, above all, transparent. We always felt comfortable with the process, and were pleasantly surprised by the outcome. I am glad to recommend Michael, and Good Life Home Loans, to anyone considering a reverse mortgage.
