Dave,worked hard to get this done even…
Dave,worked hard to get this done even with the slowdown by the double slow appraisal. We conversed a lot and covered things as we went forward. Winfred Clark: Outstanding!
My wife and I are very senior citizens we have owned multiple homes in our lives times but this by far was the smoothest Transaction we ever had,the agent Winfred Clark, Waswith us every step of the way he guided us through the tedious process that you have to endure to get a loan the phone calls, the gathering of documents filling out forms etc. he made it extremely easy for us. Good life loans and Winfred Clark we are a dynamic team and I would not hesitate to call upon them again for further needs.

My experience with Goodlife was an excellent one, largely due to the patience, professionalism and good humor of Chris Lee. Given my relatively unusual background and financial circumstances, Chris took great care in ensuring that I completed the application process successfully so I have him to thank for the favorable outcome. I would recommend Goodlife as a company and Chris as a loan officer to anyone looking for a mortgage.

Dave Schulte's Team close difficult loan
Dave and his team were able to work through and close an unusually complicated loan. I highly recommend GoodLifeHome Loans. We were able to do all of this by phone and signing under the pandemic that has changed so much of how business is conducted.

Dave Schulte
Dave Schulte, of Good Life Home Loans, jumped through many hoops and helped my wife and I through the process of closing a reverse mortgage loan. Though minor, there were a few complications. With Dave's help we solved them all and just signed the papers. So, good job Dave! He truly does know his stuff. I'm an ex-military guy with a very sensitive BS meter that didn't even twitch during the process. If you deal with Dave Schulte you can be assured that you will be treated well. George Johnson

Great representative
This concerns the representative for GoodLife Home Loans Scott Sherman. We were trying to refinance a Reverse Mortgage to get a lower percentage rate and have more money available for our use. Scott worked hard for us for more than two months to get it approved. One reason it was hard for him: we are both in our 80's. We were cleaning up things we did not think we would need any more. GoodLife wanted to known of improvements we had done over the last 2 - 3 years. They then wanted invoices which were now gone! So, I sent pictures of everything we had done. Then they wanted pictures of our Social Security cards. I lost mine many years ago, so I had to apply for a new one and Scott had to wait until it came. They then wanted proof of my pension using a copy of my award letter. Being that I have been retired for more than 13 years I did not have it any more and had to get a copy from the company. They also wanted proof of my annuity and again I had to get proof from the annuity company. These are just some of the things that Scott had to help with. We have signed the final papers this week.
