Items are good but false discount codes and poor customer services
Items appear good. BUT the advertised discount codes (including new customer and 20% off today - on their own website) do not work. Contacted customer services…. Ignored. Not sure how helpful they would be if you needed to return anything.

Anthony — you're right, and thank you for being specific. Our discount codes are issued individually by email and are single-use, so a code seen on-site can't be typed in at checkout — that's a broken experience on our end, and we're fixing how the offer is presented. We're also correcting a mismatch between the discount we advertise and the one we actually issue. On support: being ignored is not our standard. Sells products that expire soon.
Beware buying from Good Good online. They will sell things expiring within a few months without letting you know. I bought a bulk purchase from them and noticed it was expiring within a few months. Since I bought a lot of their product, I wrote them to see if there was something that could be done. Here is their response copied from their email "We do not look at the product as having a short expiry date if there are more than 60 days left of the product. Therefore your items are up to our standards and I am unable to issue a discount and we do not accept any returns due to food safety." Keep in mind this policy and their, in my opinion, unsupportive customer support. Edit : After my review, they offered a $40 refund. I appreciate the partial refund and at the same time there's no change in their policy and a bad review was required for them to respond in a considerate way.
