Everything went as expected

My experience was great...timing on some of my background and reference checks were a little off

My first experience with Good Egg and it was good. My only constructive comment would be that the signature process be improved in some way. I had to change from my cell to my laptop and the space did not account for having to finger write the complete signature.

I completed a background check prior to volunteering with an organization. The customized link to complete and submit my forms worked double duty, allowing me to check back to see the status of my request. My check was completed the next day, and my favorite part: I was allowed to download a copy of the report. I valued that kind of transparency. Years ago, I worked in a field where I had to file background checks on others as part of my job. I wish this company had existed back then. This would have been so much easier for all of us!

The website was straight forward and easy to use.
