It was fast and appears as if nothing happened. However it saved time and the anxiety of a long wait, I appreciate your ability to manage time.

The service that Good Egg provides is great but not all providers are professional and respectful to patients. I had a horrible experience at the Lake Mary location of CareNow Urgent Care and was treated very poorly by an employee there. I had been the only patient there and after over an hour and partial collection of specimen, I asked for an update as to why I was still waiting over and hour and 15 mins for collection of one remaining specimen. Immediately I was disrespected by a prejudice employee as if I had no right to concern as a patient. He called the police for no apparent reason. I figured it was time for the office to close. The work ethic and knowledge of procedures need to be addressed in patient care here.
