I ordered the 17 inch, 3 pound newborn looking doll, half price $29.99, plus $8.99 shipping. I received a scary looking 6 inch, 2 oz piece of plastic. In July, I disputed the purchase with my credit card company, and today was given a full credit.This is a product out of China, and when I contacted the company they started with a $.50 refund, and it was up to $19.50 before I quit communicating with them and went through the credit card company instead. They have a guarantee, risk-free 90 days, and if you don't have a positive experience they will do whatever to make sure you are 100% satisfied. The guarantee WILL NOT be honored. TOTAL SCAM, do not order. They only get a 1 star because less than that was not an option. They don't even deserve a one star.

Ordered realistic Teddy dog and i got a very cheap soft toy dog worth $.99 cents! What a joke! Scammers..paid $26.98US.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. Got scammed on a lifelike 17" moveable joint doll. Received a 7in scary looking thing that doesn't move in the joints. Clearly a scam. Tried to get a refund and they wanted to partially refund less some exorbitant shipping fee. Outrageous!

I also bought a a little dog, They are so cute you can't resist. But i have not received it. I was really looking forward to giving it to my Grandson. It is a shame that people do this to others. All i want is my money back

The little dog Scam! I am thoroughly disappointed with the purchase of the little dog 🐕 that was advertised to walk around! I paid $30.00 for something that would cost at most. $5.00 in the store! It's not animated, battery operated or anything its just a tiny stuffed animal!!! What a scam!!!

It’s is suppose to come in a box & it plays with you, run, walk & roll over, etc. like a real Puppy $29.98 US Incl Postage!! My order number is (200904045215883) the color is suppose to be “BEIDGE”!! I ordered it VIA PAYPAL!! On Sept. 3rd. 2020!! I’ve left them many Messages, Textes & Called them a couple of Times & NO ANSWER, eather times, it said ( you have reached a number that is not in service )!! I just want my money 💵 back!! I don’t want “LUCKY” 🍀🐶 now!! I heard BAD things about this COMPANY!! So just send me my Money 💵 back $29.98 PLEASE!! THANK YOU 🙏🏼
