Refund given without question.
I ordered a reborn doll for my daughter, however on reading the reviews immediately after ordering, I quickly changed my mind and contacted the company through their email address. I explained I have changed my mind due to all the negative reviews, many of which were very recent, and requested a refund. The company have been really good in issuing me a refund immediately. I received the email from them last night saying they would issue a refund to me and then I have received confirmation from PayPal this morning that the refund is now in my account. I am unable to comment on the quality of the products as I cancelled my order but their communication and no quibble refund is the reason for my rating.
