So so bad do not buy a d throw your money away!!! This company keeps changing names so I bought from niglilly, the are so stupid to have their email the same!! Ordered reborn baby for my daughter and an Alien turned up! They shut site down and set this one up , done it to hundreds and hundreds of people

I would give the company zero stars if I could. I ordered a reborn baby doll, didn’t check anything, silly me. I did actually receive something ... and it is a doll ... but there the resemblance to what was advertised ends. Obviously they are using other store’s images to sell their own rubbish. Including postage I ended up paying AU$60 for what would be worth only a dollar or two at most, if anyone actually wanted to buy this product, which is doubtful. I wish I could show photos for comparison. And now they want me to pay to return the product before they will refund, even though their refund policy states I should not be liable for return shipping costs if the fault is theirs - which it is.

I ordered and paid for a doll early June. I chased it up after a couple of weeks having heard nothing more from them. They did reply to my email and I was told it would be shipped within the next couple of days which it wasn't. I requested a refund via Paypals resolution centre and the money was put back into my account the next day, I was lucky. I would not use this Company again and would certainly not recommend them.

I fell for the reborn baby doll scheme, I didn't read reviews beforehand and just went and purchased which was the dumbest thing one can do. This is the worst site, they are full of crap with every word that is posted to the site. They don't get back to any of the emails I've sent, there's absolutely no way to live chat like they say, ice tried to track my order but it says my order doesn't exist on the other shady site they use. When you try to call the customer service number it says it's been disconnected, I hope this stops someone before purchasing anything off of these assh*les!

these are scammers! I have recieved absolutely nothing but long broken excuses via email. I request refunds...nothing. I request my products...nothing. they are a joke but it's not funny wen 5hey keep your money...dont order anything. there should be some way to make them pay!

Scam . I ordered one , money cleared my account, NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER

Order solar powered fountain on May 19. My amount cleared my bank one day later. I still do not have product. So poorly written emails keeps saying same thing when I ask for refund. They keep saying it will be 15-30 days, after already waiting almost 6 weeks. This is not a good company. Amazon should remove them

If I could give negative 10 points for this company I certainly would. Ridiculous! Still trying to get either a refund or the merchandise that I'm sure will be subpar.
