Pricing options
Be more transparent on purchase vs monthly fee options. Offer discounts upfront to those who take the time to do a trial to be fair to those who purchase right away vs rewarding those who let the trial expire.

Good customer service
Good customer service. It would have been even better, though, if I had not had to upgrade to Nitro Pro 14, when Nitro Pro 11 was actually sufficient for my needs. However, my Pro 11 stopped working for whatever reason and I had to upgrade.

Nitro works good
Nitro works good. Seems to interfere with Outlook loading.

Seems like a solid program
Seems like a solid program. Only lightly used so far. Wish they had more How To pages for specific functions for newbies.

10 years after
Have been using Nitro for 10 years and while one or two features are difficult to find or a bit clunky it is way easier to use than some better known pdf creator/editor products.

It is a nice software
It is a nice software. I like it. I would prefer that it be lighter and faster to open. Its handling of large file is sometimes associated with bugs.
