Can edit objects such as text and shapes relatively easy. When changing the height of an object, such as a line, the display always shows the number two instead of the actual height. When changing the width or height of an object, especially at resolutions above 100%, the object does not correctly redraw. I must deselect the object for it to display correctly. Many times, when I copy an object or a group of objects they are not selected when pasted. Sometimes when an object or group of objects are copied and pasted other objects already on the page get selected along with them. Otherwise, an excellent product.

I like the program, but there are no people in the customer service, I need to ask questions, and your AI or computer customer service system, it was hard to navigate or understand what I need, and typing it is as frustrating as technical questions what the program could do or not. It took too much time for me to buy it for that reason, a 5-minute conversation with a Technical salesperson would take to me to buy the product... My personal opinion.

Took a while to transition from Adobe Acrobat Pro, but I eventually found all the features I require in Nitro Pro PDF. This is still a very expensive solution, but the price is much better than Adobe. I can highly recommend Nitro.

Easy to use, but it lacks the capability to add the PDF page counter to accurately reflect the page number on the page. For example: PDF 1 has 100 pages, numbered 1 through 100 PDF 2 has 50 pages, numbered 101 through 150 The PDF reader page counter should reflect the first number to be 101, but it does not. Sadly I had to purchase ADOBE Acrobat DC, which allows me to do just that. However, I still enjoy working with NITRO, but it would be great if NITRO could update its software to compete with ADOBE.

Support was great, but I needed support because none of the emails after ordering gave me a clue as to how to download the upgrade. I kept getting shuttled back to ver 3.

I have been able to do just about all I need to do with my pdf files

It seems to work as before, filling my limited needs for pdf's. It does take quite a bit longer to load? That's ok, still better than Adobe.
