Why sell Nitro 12?
After Nitro 12 was a ripoff, I was given Nitro 14. It works well. So far.

I have been using Nitro for years
I have been using Nitro for years; just got a new computer and had to go through a few hoops to upgrade because apparently I couldn't use my version anymore. I love this program, but I would like to say that since using on my new computer, my absolute favorite aspect of the program seems to not work anymore. I used to be able to enlarge a pdf, then copy the whole screen, it would literally move the screen for me so that I could encapture a whole page; I am unable to do that now, which was probably 95% of why I wanted this program above others. Keeping fingers crossed that this is a glitch and I will be able to figure out with customer support.

My biggest issue is the text size in…
My biggest issue is the text size in the menus are so small I need a magnifying glass with my trifocals to read them and even then it's very difficult!

Confused product pricing and no upgrade…
Confused product pricing and no upgrade route for existing customers for Nitro PDF Pro using MacOS. Launch of new version appears ill thought out and planned, although remains a good product.

I didn’t find it easy to buy as an…
I didn’t find it easy to buy as an individual user. Luckily I have my own domain and it let me use that. Trying to sign into the account and such doesn’t seem to work. I find the process very frustrating and not well thought out from customer stand point
