The overall package feels incomplete
The overall package feels incomplete, as the macOS version lacks many features present in the Windows version. This disparity is unfair, especially since I pay for a subscription expecting both versions to offer similar capabilities. It's essential to address and rectify this issue so that the macOS version of Nitro PDF matches the functionality of the Windows version.

Could not download on my laptop after…
Could not download on my laptop after it had to be reconfigured, so I had to purchase again.

Your Help system is the worst
You have no contact or customer service phone number. The places to submit a ticket are of no help at all and it just a circle of unresolved questions

Nitro Software now as greedy as Adobe?
Nitro Software appears to be getting as greedy and difficult to work with as Adobe! Nitro is switching to a subscription model, and is even charging about the same for Nitro's PDF Pro as Adobe charges for Acrobat Pro? That's insane (and the most for any alternative to Acrobat Pro?). And Nitro doesn't even provide upgrade discounts for longtime users.

Where do I start on issues with Nitro....
Forced to update to new platform where the "orange" theme was removed - now just black.....ugh. The update feature has been removed forcing a complete download - what were you thinking - that your clients live in the 80"s? Any human tech support is impossible if not available at all and you lean on a "forum" for most of this. You have NOT updated anything significant in the program for years - can you look at your competition and see what is going on in the world around you? Someone's head is in the (money) sandpit over there. Shall I go on?

Not all pdfs can be read with Nitro
Some pdfs that are readable with less functional applications like Adobe Reader, are not readable with Nitro.

Totally UNsupported by gonitro Cannot find solution in Guide/forum/faqs. Click on contact support --> just sends you to 3 options, which do NOT allow to create a support ticket. Even the "chat bot" is useless as is really only concerned to push UPGRADE £££££ Tried logging in to my account and selecting support there --> just loops back to same 3 options and NO contact or create a ticket. OK I am using V12.16 but I paid for a lifetime contract. BUT! Having wasted an hour trying to create a ticket, I am convinced that nothing will ever happen until I say "take more of my £££££". Now looking for free Online or reasonable alternative.

Activation problems
We have been using Nitro for a number of years but this year when trying to renew on the expiration of our 2023 period were unable to as the activation code would not work, despite trying numerous times. This resulted in having to buy Nitro again on 2 occasions which we felt was pretty poor
