Just spent a long time creating a PDF…
Just spent a long time creating a PDF only to send it to the recipient and be told it has a password on it. Not believing them I tried to open it again myself and it asked for a password and would not let me open it!! I NEVER even put a password on it and now I have lost all of my work. Absolute joke! Will never be using this software again!

Save your sanity. Buy elsewhere!
I wish I could give them zero stars. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The software may be decent, but I wouldn't know, as I was never able to use it. Not once during my experience were my questions directly answered. Rather, I was lazily pointed towards online portals that didn't address the issue I was having. This company is a joke.

Avoid
Avoid, avoid, avoid! This company claims not to hold customers purchase details so that when you need to reinstall, they cannot, or will not help you without purchasing anew.

I think they have one guy in the customer service dept.
I bought a new computer and Nitro wont let me log in, I click reset password and they dont send me a email. I tried to get a hold of tech support and no luck, I go to submit a ticket and you cant submit a ticket they just show you articles. I click on chat and It wont let you submit a question, its just a robot that gives you a link to articles on how to reset your password!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAH dont buy it.

worst company ever. no customer support phone# it is a joke. The program crashed as soon as I installed it.

AVOID THIS PRODUCT LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
My review is much like the others on TrustPilot. ZERO sales support and NO phone contact on their website ANYWHERE!! Bought 4 licenses anyway... couldn't make the Setup Wizard work. ZERO Tech Support... ZERO!! 48 hours for their email bot to reply with a worthless solution. Requested a refund and even that took about 4 days. This product may be the best on the planet but with ZERO customer service it is useless!!!

Purcase - and be forgotten... :|
The app itselves are a good alternative to Adobe. However I've got a series of login problems I'm not able to solve since I've not paid for a the support when I purcased my licenses... Nitro pays absolutely no attention to existing customers....
