goMEGA provided me with bad service. They misrepresented how well they were doing by providing sketchy stats. Other experts reviewed the stats and showed how misleading and inauthentic goMega's info was. Then goMEGA charged my credit card for continued services which I canceled. goMEGA refused to reimburse me and repeatedly misrepresented information about a contract with them. I emailed the owner of the company and the complaint division and still no rational answer for why they took payment for canceled service and would not refund. Best bet is to avoid this company. Save your money and find real experts to help you.

Title: Disappointing Experience — False Advertising , Substandard Service, Unauthorized Website Changes and No Value for Money I had a very disappointing experience with MEGA AI and do not recommend their services based on my experience. I engaged MEGA AI to provide SEO services for my interior design business, CW DESIGN, at a cost of $1,239 per month. I paid for two months, a total of $2,478, expecting a professional service that would improve my website's visibility while respecting the quality and integrity of my brand. The only website change I specifically authorized was the repositioning of project photographs. I did not authorize MEGA AI to alter my images using AI or to make substantive changes to my website copy. Nevertheless, changes were made to my Blog photographs using AI without my permission. The copy on my Approach page was rewritten, introducing unwanted endorsements and sources, repetitive use of the word “bespoke,” and a redundant call to action. Formatting on other pages was also altered, including paragraph alignment on my Townhouse, Brooklyn project page and an all-capitals heading that was left in place. For a design business where presentation, language, and visual consistency are fundamental to the brand, these were not minor details. I had to spend more than three hours rewriting my Approach page to restore the copy to a standard I considered appropriate for my business. Communication and follow-through were also disappointing. I sent emails on September 21, 24, and 29, raising concerns, and subsequently provided corrected copy on October 2. Although some corrections were made on October 7, formatting inconsistencies remained. I paid $2,478 for a service that ultimately required me to spend considerable time addressing changes I had not authorized and correcting work that did not meet my expectations. I also found that ordinary emails to my business address appeared to be treated as leads, and the keyword work was not remotely related to my brand therefore not delivering the results I had expected. I requested a full refund and was refused. In my view, a paying customer should be able to expect clear communication, respect for agreed instructions, appropriate care when making changes to a business website, and a service that justifies its cost. My experience with MEGA AI fell well short of those expectations and I advise people to STAY AWAY.

Never trust this company! They will not do any work for you and they will charge your credit card without your authorization. Total scam!!! Stay away
