Hi Zak, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration, especially after the meeting was cancelled without any explanation or follow-up. The call was automatically declined because no active website was available for us to review at the time. As an AI digital marketing agency, having a website is the minimum requirement for our sales team to properly assess your business and provide meaningful recommendations. That said, we should have communicated this clearly when the meeting was cancelled and responded to your follow-up emails. We apologize for the lack of communication and the poor experience it created. We're reviewing exactly where we went wrong and are working internally to make sure this doesn't happen again. In the event this was a mistake and you do have a website, we'd like to make this right. Kindly reach out to [email protected], our Head of Customer Experience. We will make sure you're given a proper demo of our product suite.

We’re sorry to hear that you felt unsupported and had difficulty reaching your account manager. That is not the experience we want any client to have. We also understand your disappointment with the initial creative options. Stock imagery may be used during the early stages of a campaign, but it should still align with the agreed strategy and your expectations. We take your feedback seriously. However, we do not agree with all aspects of this account and believe there is additional context regarding the communication, work delivered, and cancellation process. We've attempted to reach out to address any outstanding concerns professionally.
