I ordered my granddaughter a necklace for her birthday nearly a month ago, her birthday has now come and gone and no necklace, I've emailed yourselves on numerous occasions and got a couple of replies saying it was in transit, where in transit I don't know, very disappointing customer service

I placed two orders on two different days my first order was @ $100 and my second was @$75 I then also paid for the express shipping fees for both . I'm still waiting. Your company sure has a nice way of destroying surprises and at my wedding party of all things. Thanks a bunch. You will be hearing from my team of lawyers real soon.

Worst ever service. Ordered more than a month back and haven’t still received my order. They wont even refund my money nor they can tell when they can send the ordered item. COMPLETE SCAMMMM..... WORST EVER. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE AT ALL. ITS WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY EVEN WITH SUPPORT.

I ordered the moon lamp for my girl on Feb 11, 2021. I paid the $24 express shipping. My girl said she got the gift today, March 1, 2021. She said it was really cute, she really liked it, yada yada. I don’t know if this company is a scam because my girl got her gift but this company does need to do better with shipping times and transparency to the customer. There’s no reason why I didn’t get tracking information or at least be updated unless I emailed them asking for it. They need to improve in those seemingly minute but imperative areas. I gave 3/5 stars because the product is nice according to my gf, so if she is happy then great. Customer service needs work.

AVOID THIS LIKELY SCAM. The shipping was slow and later than expected. Then the item just never arrived. The tracking info claims it arrived and was returned but I never received it nor had a chance to receive it; moreover, my apartment building has a doorman who accepts all packages for residents and checked the log to affirm that he did not receive and/or deny the package on the date they claimed. Their customer support is beyond terrible and an automated keeps warning me they'll delete my messages if I don't immediately reply to their ill-timed automated response. I don't know why you're still reading this, just don't use give these people money!

I did not read the TrustPilot reviews before buying, as I was in a rush to buy a birthday present. Was sent FedEx tracking info and told package was delivered, however this wasn’t the case. Any attempts to reach customer services are directed to Facebook Messenger and an automated bot which just wishes you ‘a happy shopping’. Very poor, but not unexpected from your typical online Chinese shop. Should have checked TrustPilot before buying.
