I ordered the moon lamp for my girl on Feb 11, 2021. I paid the $24 express shipping. My girl said she got the gift today, March 1, 2021. She said it was really cute, she really liked it, yada yada. I don’t know if this company is a scam because my girl got her gift but this company does need to do better with shipping times and transparency to the customer. There’s no reason why I didn’t get tracking information or at least be updated unless I emailed them asking for it. They need to improve in those seemingly minute but imperative areas. I gave 3/5 stars because the product is nice according to my gf, so if she is happy then great. Customer service needs work.

I went with 3 stars because I could NOT get the company to reply and let me know when to expect my item. I actually got PayPal involved. After seeing some other reviews where people stated they never received their item, naturally I got nervous. After I opened a case with PayPal, I finally received a tracking number. I placed my order of February 28th, and received it on March 20th. “Technically”, it was only 14 “working days”...but let’s be real, when it says “shipping in 5-10 working days” you don’t expect it to take almost a month. I also wasn’t aware this item was coming from China. I would've been more realistic in my expectations, since I know items shipped from China can take a long time. My item was in what I’m gonna call “limbo” from March 9th, until March 17th. Zero tracking info added during that period. The item itself - Custom 3D Moon lamp, is absolutely fantastic. Seriously one of the coolest personalized gifts I’ve ever purchased. I will say I was not really impressed though, until it was plugged in. Once I plugged it in, I was stunned at the beautiful detail in the photo and moon itself. The inscription on the back was exactly as ordered. The catalog photo is a bit misleading, but that’s on me for assuming what was in the picture would be the size I ordered. It was not. What I ordered is the 9 cm moon. It’s not lacking any detail, I just thought it would be bigger. Again, my bad. Now that I know it takes about a month to receive, I will not hesitate to order another one. Spectacular gift ❤️

I will give 3 stars! I would give more because I’m very pleased with the necklace I ordered for my wife! The main problem with the company is the time they state it takes to receive the product! If they would state upfront that it takes 4 to6 weeks to receive, they wouldn’t have so many negative reviews!

After about 3 weeks, I just received my order of 2 necklaces, 1 sterling silver necklace and 1 full color titanium necklace. I am really happy how the sterling silver necklace turned out. The sterling silver necklace is a close rendition of the picture that was sent. My wife really likes it. This is why I’m giving 3 stars. 2.5 stars is more realistic. Thank you... I am VERY disappointed on how the full color titanium necklace turned out. The full color picture on the titanium necklace doesn’t even cover the entire heart shape like the website shows. Due to it being cut short, the picture has 2 fairly large white edges on each side. The picture has NO white in it. The white color makes the titanium heart appear to be plastic and cheap. In addition, not only is the heart much bigger than the sterling silver heart, the chain that it came with is a cheap beaded chain with a large clip holding the heart. The chain and clip don’t match the color of the heart. The website shows a nice thin silver chain and not the kind of chain you get on a keychain. I was expecting the heart to look like a titanium silver as the website showed. The inscription in the back is written very nice however but thought it would be engraved on not hand written. Overall, after reading the reviews (after I ordered the products), the company does exist (products do ship from China), I did finally get my products, and I was happy with one and disappointed with the other.

Okay so like most people I didn't read the reviews until after placing the order. The turnaround time was my main issue but once I realized the product was coming from Fuzhou China I decided to cut my losses and if it never arrived I would just let PayPal know so that I would be refunded my money. For the record I only bought the item because I could use PayPal and I trust their guarantee. That said, my prouduct arrived yesterday, nearly 1.5 months post order. The product took 15 business days (doesnt count Sat-Sun) by my counts to ship, and once I received tracking information it took an additional two weeks to arrive to my home in Ohio. That said, I love the way our photo came out on the item. I ordered the titanium version which is a mirror like finish; the detail is still there and it is durable. The chain is fine, thick enough to support the piece. The only reason I give 3 instead of 4 stars is that the writing on the back of the necklace did not format the way it did on the computer. Everything is lumped together, so if you have something unique done remember that the spacing might not be exact. That said, the final product was nice and it was a present, the receiver loved it. It took awhile but well worth it, however if you are on a time crunch remember international shipping takes awhile.

Never did recieve my order. Ordered some jewelery for my loved one for christmas a full month in advance. It never showed. I had no gift to give my loved one for christmas. I emailed the company twice with no response from the company. Then i contacted paypal. They contacted the seller and now they finally shipped to item i purchased on nov 4 2017. And now they just shipped it on jan 7 2018. What a joke. *UPDATE**** I RECIEVED MY ITEM. It came on jan 12th. It is a very nice necklace with a pic of me and my wife engraved on a heart pendant. The engraving came out really nice for the size of tge engraving. It has very fine details. You can even see my vehicle in the background. I am fully satisfied with the product. But tge service was not so great.
