Ordered February 27th, they took the money from my paypal, now 1 month later still didn't receive my order, emailed several times and get the same (automated) answer to be patient, seems like a scam to me

If there was a negative # I would give it... 4 months an no shipment. Tracking says it was lost, I contact customer service, and they wanted me to pay for shipping since it was lost. I told them no and I was expecting a refund and they then emailed me back saying I would only get half a refund if I chose not to reorder!.. I should've checked before ordering, this is the worst shopping experience online I have ever had. Do not waste your time and money! I'm waiting on a response for the options I gave them and I feel this company should be prohibited from doing business. Absolute worst experience!

I ordered a silver bracelet with an engraved picture. It took longer than advertised to get it, one month instead of a week, but it was definitely worth the wait!! I love my bracelet and the engraving is beautiful. I’m very pleased!!!

Received photo necklace today. Looks great! The picture I sent them though was good, with a light background so they could transfer it easy. I did not recognize when I made the order it was coming from China. So I ordered on February 8th and it arrived on March 15th. The website makes it sound like the order will arrive faster. And there’s always a “Last day 50% off” special on the website which is obviously false. Communication with them was good. I even made a change on the inscription after I made the order and they responded quickly. Although I did get the automated response when I inquired about the shipping status a couple weeks later. All in all I did receive what I ordered and my wife is very pleased with the gift. I hope those who have received their order after their negative review are at least updating to voice they did receive it, even if they still give negative feedback. People more often only give feedback when it’s negative.

This company is horrible. I received my item and the photo was so bad that I didn’t even know what it was. I have communicated via email and they want more money from me. They promise to fix it. Well if the product was good then why would they offer to fix it.?.Dont waste your money.

This website is fraudulent. The people who claim it's great must work for the company. My husband ordered a necklace for me as a gift. He never got the order ID that was supposed to be sent so he could check the status updates or to modify the order. When he checked the status, the only information that appears is the details of the item that was ordered. He has emailed the company twice and immediately receives an automatic email response. Nothing else. We have disputed the transaction with our bank and I have taken the liberty to report this company to the Federal Trade Commission. I hope they are forced to return the money to all the people who made purchases and did not receive what they ordered and I hope that they are immediately shut down.

Took my money, no product, no refund. They just quit responding to my emails. Don't make the same mistake I did. BTW thanks for suggesting this crap facebook

I wish I saw these reviews before ordering. I followed the ad on Facebook, and like others, I have paid for merchandise that I didn't receive. They are fighting me about a refund. Any time that I communicate with them, I receive a reply that is a automated reply that doesn't even answer my questions. I ordered a month ago and have not received the item that was promisef in 5-10 days. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! TOTAL SCAM. This was their most recent email to me... "We are a regular company, pay attention to credibility. We have a lot of customers, not only to cheat you and do harm to our company's credit and image of things. "fal :\Ĭ� " I am ceasing communication with them. It is getting me nowhere.
