Been using gologin since 7 months now, never have I ever faced any major issues. 2 times I faced issues which was probably due to some backend bug thing. Support is available 24*7 so I just contacted support and they said the team is aware of the situation and is actively working to get back to normal ops. Sooner rather than later like within 2 hours things were back to normal. So I would highly reccommend Gologin. Oh yes! They even give coupons to compensate for the time their service was due due to some technical issues. All in all def go for Gologin.

This is truly a terrible company. I have been using their services since 2022, always paying for the annual plan. In July of this year, I suddenly lost access to the proxy system I was using, though it became available again a few days later. I have been in contact with them for nearly 60 days now, yet they keep insisting they are "looking into it." It is laughable that they told me I had to pay for a new plan just so they could investigate the issue, simply because my subscription expired two weeks after the error occurred. I have never seen software that requires customers to pay for the repair of the very product they purchased. It is absolutely ridiculous. Recently, they have been developing a dedicated proxy service and forcing users to buy it once the free data allowance runs out; they are effectively blocking me from using my existing proxy system and coercing me into purchasing their service instead.

paid 9$ for gologin just to test it and its not worth it. tried solving captchas myself on a fresh profile with a fresh proxy (same proxy works fine on adspower) and it still got flagged with the lowest trust score every time, so the fingerprinting just isnt good enough. then i tried getting a refund since they advertise 7 days money back. nope, turns out crypto payments arent actually refundable, but that info is buried in the tos, not mentioned upfront anywhere. their excuse is not wanting to be "complicit in laundering dirty cryptocurrency," which makes no sense since they had no issue accepting the crypto payment in the first place. cant have it both ways. paid for a service that doesnt work and cant get a refund. wouldnt recommend, plenty of better options out there.

Customer service is being paid way too little to care about you. 4+ year client, have paid them over $50k across these 4 years including the referrals I've sent. Least I deserve is a bit of help when asking for support, right? Well. the customer service agent, Alex in this case, insulted me, called my question irrelevant, said he doesn't provide emotional support... to name a few. All I asked was: "why is GoLogin giving profile relog issues randomly now" Yes. That's GoLogin. They don't care about longtime customers and their customer support is pretty much a group of depressed teenagers school-arguing with you in a support chat rather than providing actual solutions

I don't recommend this because their customer experience is worst worst They didn't help in any case
